Profile of Master Trainer/Facilitator

Richard Mak, MBA, B. Acc. ACCA(UK), Dip. Mktg

 

Richard is the Managing Director of Alpha-Plus Training. He also invented the BrainEEE Cards System which is an innovative tool to profile Thinking Styles of participants. He has also invented the world’s 1st Board Game on Entrepreneurship entitled “Heros-To-Zeros”.

 

Richard is a pioneer in Adventure Leading, an experiential outdoor teambuilding programme from the America since late 1980s. Under the auspices of STADA (Singapore Training & Development Association), he has conducted numerous Adventure Learning programmes for MNC, government bodies and listed corporations.

 

Richard is able to build rapport given his friendly dispositions and insights in corporate executive mindsets as he has has more than 30 years of corporate/business experience. His corporate appointment includes senior management positions with the Salim Group, one of the largest conglomerates in Asia, Asia-Pacific Brewery, a blue-chipped public listed company and a Japanese investment bank. His diverse experiences span business development, joint-venture dealings, strategic business planning, sales & marketing, banking, finance, management & financial accounting.
